We had a superb time and would recommend your company and of course China to our friends. All your staff and indeed everyone we met were so friendly and helpful. We were very pleased with the standard and nature of the hotels we stayed in.
 
The meals we had were superb. 
 
All the guides we had were excellent, friendly and very informative. It would be difficult to pick one out. They all spoke excellent English.
 
All coaches were comfortable, cool and very clean with friendly and helpful drivers. 
 
Thank you very much again for arranging us a wonderful trip!

Thank you for a wonderful China trip. Honestly I can say that this was one of the best vacations I had taken in a long time. All the arrangements went smoothly. The hotels were great. The food was excellent - clean, well prepared and presented beautifully. The food served on the cruise boat on Li River in Guilin was unexpectedly good. They always served us too much to eat!!
 
But what made this China tour so pleasant and comfortable was the services the guides provided. They were caring and considerate. All spoke good English. The cars were clean and the drivers were quite particular about my comforts and always on time. Unfortunately I could not speak to them in Chinese.
 
Please do give my thanks and my good wishes to all the guides and drivers I had met.

We had a wonderful trip and we're quite pleased with nearly all aspects of the trip! I'm happy to share our experience with you:
 
All our tour guides did a great job. Especially tour Tibetan tour guide Pasang. He was kind, accommodating and knowledgeable. He and our driver (I am sorry that I forgot his name) took wonderful care of us. Pasang made our time in Tibet truly special and memorable!
 
Transportations: All our drivers were good. 
 
Overall review: I was extremely pleased with your company. The pre-trip communication was exceptional, and all arrangements were exactly as stated! We had a wonderful trip and really appreciated the fact that we were treated like friends, not just clients. Without question - I would book through you again and will recommend your company to anyone looking to for a truly unique travel experience of China!

Thank you for a wonderful China trip! The package was perfect. I saw the must see locations without feeling rushed. I had enough time to explore on my own and practice my Mandarin with the local people. 
 
Tour Guide: All our guides were fantastic. They were all very helpful with the language and assisting me for those times I would be on my own. They all had a very good command of English. We had no problems communicating with any of them. Our Tibetan guide Pasang in Lhasa had a very kind and intelligent spirit and was extremely helpful, flexible, and patient in assisting me with the changes I initiated to the itinerary.
 
Meals: The food was quite good - particularly the dumpling sampler in Xian. There was always too much food for us even though we had talked to our guide to serve us less.
 
Hotels: Hotels in Beijing and Xian were superb. Internet access, financial transactions, and most importantly laundry service was always available.
 
Vehicles: The vehicles were comfortable and the drivers very skilled and always on time.

My wife and I returned from our trip to China and Bali Island of Indonesia last night. First of all, the guides were excellent, English was very good, and they were most helpful in every way, with perfect flexibility. Our Uyghur guide (Parhart in Urumqi) and Tibetan guide (Pasang in Lhasa) were extremely helpful in helping us to understand their culture. They took us to visit local Uyghur and Tibetan families which were of great importance to know their daily life. 
 
The itineraries you recommended could not have been better. The hotels were also excellent and the food was very good as well.
 
When all is said and done, I give you and your company the highest marks for service. Our lengthy communications via e-mail were enormously helpful.
