Thank you so much for your e-mail and i apologize for the late reply but things have been hectic since we've been back.
 
China was an amazing experience and we had a great time. The tour was great, so i'd be happy to write a review:
 
Overall review on the trip: Amazing experience. Really welcoming tour guides, and truly went out of their way to make our trip as nice and comfortable as possible.  
 
Communication with grand china sales representative: great. very efficient service. Replies to e-mails very quickly. Accomodating to certain needs. Truly hassle free.
 
Tour guide: Excellent-explained things well. Very accomodating. Good english and very pleasant.
 
Hotels: Fantastic, very comfortable and good locations.
 
Coach: Very good, though the mini bus in Shanghai was slightly ratly but all in all very good and comfortable
 
Meals: Got better and better. Beijing meals were good but in Xian and Shanghai we had really delicious, authentic meals with the hot pot and dumplings etc
 
Aspects that we need to improve: Give more suggestions as to the places we can visit once the tour guide leaves us at night. Taht was done, but it would be great if we were given a map with directions and told of the good local places to visit. It's exciting to explore the area, but it helps to have some help from someone who speaks English.

Thank you very much; we had a wonderful time in your fascinating county.
 
Everything was as expected. We enjoyed the tour you set for us and the food was delicious as I knew it would be. Just wanted to thank you personally for all that you did on your end. Also wanted to mention that the service we encounter was great. Our tour guide Lin in Beijing was wonderful and treated us like family. Mr. Pahart in Urumqi and Turpan took us to visit a Uyghur family in Turpan which turned out to be one of our best experiences in this trip. Jessica in Xian is a great tour guide; we most certainly would go through you and ask for Linda to be our guide in Xian next year when we will visit Tibet.
