We have now returned home having completed our visit with our daughter and our tours within China. I must say that we were very impressed by the punctuality and organization of all our tour guides, and their English was excellent. We found their knowledge of the respective areas and subjects to be extensive and they conveyed it to us in a polite and informative manner. Thank you to all the people who made our trip to China a wonderful experience. The entire trip was well organized and allowed us to relax and not worry about details. The drivers were all very skillful and we never had to worry, even in some demanding traffic. All of our guides were knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, fun and spoke fluent English. They were also able to help us with tips on where to shop, how much to pay for things and where to eat when on our own. Hotels were well selected and there were all in the city center with great western buffet breakfast. Everything in the trip went very smoothly and we had a wonderful time.

Too much work after returning from my trip to China! I had a wonderful time in your country; I was very satisfied with the service provided all along the way, thanks to the service of your company my China experience was very complete and fulfilled all my expectations. Our travel was very well operated. Everything was on time and well done. The hotels were very nice, especially in Beijing, where the location was perfect. And for sure, the Beijing Roasted Duck was wonderful. It is something that I will never forget. The Dumplings Banquet in Xian and the Mongolian Hotpot in Beijing were quite nice too. I hope I can use your service again in the near future, please extend my appreciation to my four guides, all of them very good and competent.

I am glad to provide some feedback on our recent China trip. Overall, we were very pleased with the trip and with the services of your company.
Meals: Food was plentiful and quite tasty. We thought the Peking Duck was great and Mongolian Hot Pot was nice and Dumplings Banquet in Xian was a great experience.
Guides: All your guides were well informed and informative, enthusiastic and helpful, and had good English. The guide in Xian, John was extremely knowledgeable and we really enjoyed his way of explaining the Warriors and historical sites there.
Cars: the cars were generally clean and comfortable. Drivers were generally friendly and service oriented. There were always on time.
Hotels: we were impressed by the hotels. They were well located (in particular, the Grand Mercure Xidan in Beijing, the Grand New World Hotel in Xian). We appreciated the fact that we might not have found some of these hotels on our own, as some didn't appear in our guidebooks.
