Thank you for your message.  Your service during our recent trip to China was outstanding, and I felt you made a great effort to ensure our travel with your company was smooth and efficient by coming to the airport to meet us in Beijing and by having a colleague meet us at PuDong.  The drivers in Beijing and in Shanghai were reasonably good.  We did have a problem with our bus in Shanghai one day, when a window at the back of the bus broke, but we were able to take public transport back to our hotel.  I would certainly use your company again - primarily because of your personal responsiveness to my e-mails.
