Dear GCT team,
our overall impression was good.
The pre-organization with GCT representative, John, worked very well. He answered very fast and picked up the money for the trip from our office. Furthermore, GTC-organization was flexible and it was possible to reorganize the trip. The bus itself was very comfortable and we had had enough space.
The pickup from Taiyuan station with the sign worked well. One negative aspect is that the driver didn't know the address of our hotel although I have written it to Grand China Travel beforehand. During the drive to Mianshan mountain we had had the feeling that he wasn't concentrated the whole time.
All in all, it was a great trip. Thank you for organizing it.
