Day 1: Arrival in Kunming, Meet & Greet at Airport, Transfer to Hotel

Our GCT representative will meet you at the airport and assists you to hotel. Relax during the remainder of the afternoon and evening to recover from the jet lag.

Day 2: Guilin, Li River Cruise, Yangshuo West Street

After breakfast at hotel we will drive for about 80 miles to the southeast of Kunming to visit the Stone Forest. The Stone Forest has long been one of the most famous scenic spots in China since the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644 A.D.). The Stone Forest covers an area of 2,670 square kilometers and is divided into several scenic areas with names like Greater Stone Forest, Lesser Stone forest, Outer Stone Forest, Underground Stone Forest, Stone Forest Lake, and Dadieshui Fall. The Stone Forest was formed by karst two million to thirty mullion years ago. The Forest contains peaks, pillars, stalagmites, depressions, underground rivers, and caves. The fantastic stone pinnacles rising abruptly from the ground resemble a huge, dense forest. Back to the city in the afternoon we will visit the Birds & Flower Market.

Day 3: Departure from Kunming

Meals Included: Breakfast 

 

Free at leisure before departure in Kunming. Transfer to the airport based on your departure flight. However, should you wish to stay on rather than return home right away, we would suggest you choose our other Tour Packages as an extension to your China adventure!
